With notice of the investment maturity, I have the privilege to first ask for your permission to present you as the Administrator of the late client's investment. Becuase is very easy to authenticate the document as the relative as my search shows both of you answer the same surname as related.The total sum will be shared as follows: 60% for us, 40% for you however, the transfer will be risk free on both sides. Let me explain the steps that we would be taking to ensure we resolve this task.

I will get a lawyer to represent you here at the court in Italy to swear an affidavit on your behalf as the living next to kin to the account and upon getting the affidavit (which officially recognizes you as the owner of the funds), I will also get a Probate Order confirming the affidavit making you the next of kin.

I will send copy to you and also send original documents to the bank through the Attorney. (Lawyer)

You will contact the bank in europe Spain (Not to worry I will guide you on what and how to approach the bank), so that the bank can release the account and transfer the funds easily into the own account without much interrogation. All transactions will be done online.

With my instructional guidelines, you will contact the bank "officially" seeking release of the funds to you as the beneficiary.

Once the bank releases the funds to you, my percentage (60%) should be wired to an account, I will later provide to you.

All transfers will be made online, from the bank to your own bank in your country. dont worry i will guide you and direct you on what to do, is our industry and we know all the means of getting things done.

Please follow all my instructions so that we can have a very successful ending to this transaction. Is only the family member can process her death certificate. we only have business when she was alive. secondly we have are Identity which very confidential at the moment we can not release it to you because you have not shown intetret. we can only do that when you Bank will request it in future.
