"Why doesn't somebody just sue the Governor?"
That is one of the most common questions I get (and boy-oh-boy, do I get questions! Thousands of them every single day.)
The good news is: Governors are being sued in many states!
PA just threw out these nonsense "emergency orders"
And the state of OH wants to take it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court if need be!
NEWSOM TO BE SUED IN FEDERAL COURT
Here in CA, I am poised to be on the legal team that will bring down this whole house of cards -- and all the shenanigans that go with it -- once and for all!!
Yes -- you read that right!!
Here in CA we are assembling a legal team to work with Thomas Renz and his incredible group (including my amazing friend, Dr. Pam Popper) to duplicate the OH court filing.
The main complaint in this case is -- you guessed it! -- There is NO emergency, and thus all these orders are invalid and unlawful.
This is exactly what I exposed in my very first youtube video back on May 6.

Little did I know that one video would ignite the FLAME OF FREEDOM and launch THE HEALTHY AMERICAN movement!
Now, there are hundreds of thousands of HEALTHY AMERICANS all around the country -- and the world!
