I have discovered on my many visits to Earth that "memes" are images that are meant to be funny, here is a "meme" that an Earthling showed to me. The Earthling in question is known by the name of Arthur Howard of Liverpool. From what I understand, Liverpool is a location on the planet where human livers are placed. I am unsure about who PRESIDENT BUSH is, all that I have found-out about them is that they have a love for oil and they they have very large ears - perhaps these ears are for picking up FM radio?
